I was invited by my daughter son-in-law and grandkids for my 55th birthday. I have never been, so didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere was nice and it gave a really good vibe of Mexico by the beach. We all started with some drinks. I started with the passion fruit. Margarita and my wife had the pomegranate margarita both excellent but hands down. The passion fruit was not only just perfect in flavor, but you can barely tell it it had alcohol yet. You can feel it. Then we move to the appetizers. Very simple chips and salsa and guacamole and they were all amazing I had for dinner the beef baria with rice and black beans. I can only tell you about my dinner because it was what I ate and it was excellent. The flavor is where I'm pointing and the atmosphere just makes it perfect. I would say a 9.3 all together on food and the quality was a 10. Thank you very much for making my evening a pleasant one for my birthday

Enjoyed shrimp ceviche and shared the grilled mahi mahi tacos plate and it was more than enough food for two as we were not that hungry! The shrimp ceviche was perfectly seasoned and generous, and the grilled mahi mahi was cooked to perfection. Even the rice and beans were tasty. We also indulged on a spicy margarita and the que carajillo, both of which were fun and delish! Loved the scorched marshmallow theatrics on my carajillo cocktail. Service was professional, friendly, and attentive. They came back several times to check in on us. Ambiance: sleek, boho chic and modern Mexican. The main dining room reminded me of a speakeasy. FREE and ample parking in the shopping lot. 10/10 highly recommend! We will be back!

I really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant! It was our first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes. The flavors were fantastic, and the mangarita was a great choice as well. One area for improvement would be the service; while we were engaged in conversation, one of a servers brought us to-go boxes, which made it feel a bit rushed. It would be nice to have a more relaxed approach when customers are clearly enjoying their time. Despite that, we liked the atmosphere and plan to return to try more dishes.

I'm not one for Mexican food, but my wife is, and she wanted to try someplace new, and we took our daughter. This place did not disappoint. The decor was nice. Most times you go to a Mexican restaurant, it's really done up in that "traditional" look with lots of colored mosaics and heavy chairs. This place is a little more elegant on the inside, and I actually liked that change of pace. I also liked the open kitchen design. It's just a "me" thing. The salsa for the chips was delightful, and the table-side guac was perfect -- and it should be since you dictate what you want in it. My wife loved the queso. My chicken fajitas were done just right, and they came out sizzling hot (as they should). You could tell the tortillas were made in-house! My only complaint was that after pouring a small glass of water for each of us, that was it, apparently. But other than that, I'd recommend this place, for sure.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. everything is amazing. the servers are so friendly and attentive. the atmosphere is great. low and warm lighting makes it very relaxing. if it's packed be ready to wait for a while for your food to come out. that wasn't an issue at all since they provide chips and fresh made avacado dip.

This is by far the best Mexican food I have had in Henderson. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The lighting and decor (minimalist/modern) are perfect. The acoustics are great (you can hear yourself think and are able to hold conversations).

This is was pretty amazing semi fancy mexican restaurant and we had no expectations walking in. The service was excellent although it was funny that we got served by 3 different people. The interior is also beautiful but a bit dark. We ordered the following: Chips & Guac: they make the guac fresh in front of you and it is delicious! Sopa De Tortilla: the soup was decent but the toppings where even better. Queso Fundido: this was the highlight of the night. The cheese queso is baked in a cast iron skillet and melted the cheese beautifully. We enjoyed scraping off the cheese and eating the slightly burnt parts. The fajitas were well seasoned and complimented the cheese. Chile Relleno: one of the best chili relleno's we've tried as the chile poblano itself was crispy with creamy sauce. The potatoes inside were also a nice touch and the rice/beans on the side went well with this dish. Very well balanced plate! Veggie Burrito: the burrito had black beans, monterey cheese, pico de gallo, and fries (I asked them and they could easily accommodate a custom made burrito). Very tasty and perfectly packed. Overall, highly recommend this restaurant to all mexican food lovers!
